    JD
    (Juvenile Diversion)

The country-wide early intervention program prioritizes diversion options for youth instead of filing criminal charges. The goal is to reduce the number of youth entering the juvenile justice system, engage the community stakeholders in the youth’s rehabilitation, and address the cause of the youth’s unsafe behaviors while fostering accountability to crime victims and the community. This program works with Middle and High School Youth.

  • ATD
    (Alternative to Detention)

This program targets youth who have been arrested and charged or who violated their conditions of probation. ATD intends to reduce the days detained and the likelihood of future contact with the juvenile and criminal justice system.
